Will Gamestop be sued?

So Gamestop, the underpaid and not so nice of a place to work at retailer, has been dubbed an essential retail during these dark times. Many of their employees get angrier by the day of having to go in to work for money and not receive any items to keep their stores healthy to be in. It is believed that Gamestop employees will get together and sue Gamestop over this or families that might get infected by going into their store.

and now they are closing their California stores:
“We are closing our stores in California. The closure will remain in effect until further notice as we obtain more information from the California Governor’s Office.”

I feel Gamestop can get sued.

I feel there are a lot of companies will be sued. I see my local game store hasn't even changed their hours yet, let alone close.

I feel Donald Trump may try to protect US companies like Gamestop and Trump Hotels and Casino from getting sued in America because Trump wants people to get back to work faster.
